Employee development is important for the continued success of Spectrum Brands.  We offer a full array of courses through Spectrum University.  Spectrum University is an in-house training program designed to provide employee development through courses such as: Communication Skills, Coaching & Counseling, Delegation, Leadership Development, and many more. 

A full curriculum detailing the courses offered is published each year, and all employees have the opportunity to attend.  Additionally, we offer employees the opportunity to participate in external courses when appropriate.
